APPLICATION & RESUME REVIEW

ATS’s recruiters will review your submitted application and contact you if your background matches ATS’s qualifications for the position.
After an initial phone screen between you and one of our recruiters, your information will be forwarded to an ATS hiring manager who will contact you if you are selected for an interview.
Due to the volume of applications we receive, we are not always able to provide candidates with status updates.

YOUR INTERVIEW

The hiring manager will contact you if you’re selected for an interview.
The interview process can generally take from two to four weeks.
You will be interviewed by phone, video, or in person with one of ATS's hiring managers.
The ATS recruiting team will e-mail you all the details along with some helpful tips to make your interview less stressful and more successful.

JOB OFFER

If the hiring manager decides you are the right fit for the position, the manager will extend a verbal offer of employment.

Once you accept the verbal offer, a written offer will be sent to you which you need to sign and send back within the timeframe specified in the letter.

All offers of employment are contingent on a satisfactory background check and a successful drug screening test.
